Text -> Default encoding: UTF-8 -> [Update]
Text -> Java Properties File -> Default encoding: UTF-8 -> [Update]
Text -> JSP -> Default encoding: UTF-8 -> [Update]

 

-(Preferences) General -> Workspace -> Text file encoding -> Other: UTF-8 -> [Apply]
-(Preferences) Web -> CSS Files -> Encoding: ISO 10646/Unicode(UTF-8) -> [Apply]
HTML Files -> Encoding: ISO 10646/Unicode(UTF-8) JSP Files -> Encoding: ISO 10646/Unicode(UTF-8) --- [Apply]
